Strategies and Tips for Preparation of ICAR AIEEA PG/JRF Exam in "Social Science" Group

1. Know the Relevant Disciplines and Syllabus

• The Social Science group primarily includes:
  
  

  • Agricultural Economics

• Go through the latest ICAR PG syllabus carefully. Key focus areas include farm economics, production economics, agri-policy, rural development, extension education, communication methods, diffusion of innovation, and government schemes.
  
  

2. Understand the Exam Pattern and Strategy

• The exam consists of 120 MCQs to be solved in 120 minutes.
  
  

• Questions test both theoretical understanding and application-based knowledge.
  
  

• Prioritise understanding definitions, principles, institutions, and real-world agricultural applications.
  
  

3. Refer to Standard Books and Trusted Study Material
